Due to the increase in price for milk & vegetables etc., we're sorry to announce that there'll be price adjustments on FoodPanda within these few days. Meanwhile, orders that placed directly from us will not be affected.

It's been a very difficult time for all of us, but we don't have a better choice 🙏🏻 If you're wondering why the adjustments only apply on FoodPanda... make a wild guess... Your kind understanding is much appreciated 🙏🏻

A good day starts from a good breakfast:)

There will be menu updates (as shown in this photo) for coffee on Food Panda, changes will be applied within these 2 days (system update takes time for approval). Thus, a la carte menu for coffee is temporarily unavailable at the moment. Meanwhile, you can still order coffee together with pork noodles as the changes is only applicable on a la carte:)

Double shots & triple shots are only applicable on normal coffees, flavour coffees are only available in double shots as I still need time to make adjustments on the ratio.

* Kind Reminder:
If you just started drinking coffee, start with double shots first as triple shots caffeine contents are higher, some people may feel discomfort (heart racing, hands shaking, dizzy, etc.) by consuming too much caffeine at the same time.

「Sunday's Breakfast」

I love spending time making breakfast on my rest day once in a while:)

Craving for some western breakfast all of a sudden when I see there's one last croissant left in the fridge. There's no greens in this croissant tho, couldn't find any suitable veggies lol. Just the scrambled egg & croissant, still a good match! 😋

Would you prefer this kind of breakfast?

Besides than craving for it, I have to practice on latte art that's why a cup of café latte is a must everyday:) and that's the only quota in a day because too much caffeine intake is not good for our body:)

I appreciate customers speaking up their opinions, either in the remarks, reviews or texts:)

Since it's small business, we don't always have overwhelming orders coming in at the same time, so I have time to read through these remarks, you may leave yours next time!:)

Although it's quite rushing for me to write a reply note while preparing the orders, I'd still try. Too bad I left out the note for this order today, 'ganjiong' since the driver is arrived. Frustrated with myself but nothing can be done, decided to keep the note for his/her next order (try my luck!)

Due to my own considerations, hot options for most beverages were removed from FoodPanda recently. But it seems that there are some people would still prefer their coffee served hot than iced, guess I should bring back the 'hot' option:)

Here's not StarBxxcks or any other commercial coffee shops, so I can still try to fulfill some reasonable requests:)

The notes might seems extra, but I believe a sincere effort is warming, I hope every customer could feel that:)

Whatever reasons that make you coming back for more, whether it's cheap or simply because it's the only western coffee that you can find in your area, thank you for your continuous support:)

** 这并非在说这位顾客的不是 只是想借此机会吐露一些心声 **

• 前言 •
老实说，看到这的第一心情是低落的。但我想了想，饮食这东西本来就是根据个人喜好。合他口味的人就会喜欢；不合他口味的人吃几次都不会喜欢。或者可以这样说：“没有好不好吃，只有合不合口味”。

生活中你一定会遇到以下情况：
某某某：“那间店的东西很好吃很jeng！”
当你去吃了后却没有同样的感觉。

我们没有办法让每个人都喜欢同一个味道，所以我可以理解，也谢谢这位顾客花一点时间留下他的评语，起码也不是最差的:) 虽然我不能确定这是指面还是咖啡？哈哈哈

左思右想，还是决定在这里大概介绍一下这间「店」。

• 背景介绍 •
妈妈妈本身是一名裁缝师，在家帮人修改衣服很多年了（你有衣服要改可以拿过来啊）。我阿姨卖猪肉粉多年，几年前我妈机缘巧合下尝试跟她学煮猪肉粉，随后却基于某些原因停了很长一段时间。她“重出江湖”的原因很简单，因为想着我的店里有卖吃的或许对顾客会更友好一些，毕竟不是每个人都愿意为了那单单一杯咖啡而去消费（星巴克就不同说法，它有的是自身「value」）。

至于我本身吧，说不上是专业咖啡师，贴切点的话是“半桶水的咖啡师”，接触这个行业只有短短约2年时间，所以「半桶水咖啡师」这个名号我当之无愧。当我把自己看成“咖啡师”时只会感到无比沉重，所以慢慢地我便尝试把自己看成只是一个“会冲咖啡的人”，深知自己还有很多要学习进步的东西。基于资金方面的不足，目前我无法购买较好的咖啡器材，咖啡方面无法做到更多专业的调整，但这都是现阶段的我能做出的“不太难喝的咖啡”，进步空间肯定多得是。因此我也非常希望当顾客觉得"not so nice"的时候或许也可以告诉我到底not nice在什么方面呢？

记得以前上过一堂课的老师说过：
"what is a good coffee? If there's people like it then it's a good coffee"
是啊，只要有人喜欢，一个也好，两个也好，那在他们心中都会是一杯good coffee。觉得没有信心的时候我都会用这句话来提醒鼓励自己，至少喜欢我咖啡的人还是有的，即使是一个两个三个。
