🍞We bake our bread in house.
Our brioche is made entirely from scratch. While it would be far easier to use factory produced bread, we choose to make our own because we believe food prepared with genuine care and intention brings comfort and joy to those who enjoy it.
Every loaf is crafted by our bakers with the hope that it will be enjoyed both in our café and at home. Our bread may not be everyone’s personal preference, but we can confidently say that each one is made not only with quality ingredients, but also with sincerity, care, and deep respect for our customers.

🍞저희는 빵을 직접 만듭니다.
브리오슈부터 케이크, 디져트류까지, 처음부터 직접 반죽하여 정성껏 만들고 있습니다. 공장에서 만들어진 빵을 사용하는 것이 훨씬 쉽지만, 사랑과 정성이 담긴 음식은 그것을 드시는 분들께 좋은 마음까지 전해진다고 믿기에 저희는 직접 만든 빵을 고집합니다.
저희 베이커들은 손님들께서 카페에서, 또 집에서도 맛있게 즐기시길 바라는 마음으로 매일 빵을 굽고 있습니다. 저희 빵이 모든 분들의 취향과 꼭 맞지는 않을 수 있지만, 좋은 재료뿐만 아니라 손님들을 향한 진심과 존중의 마음까지 담겨 있다는 점만큼은 자신 있게 말씀드릴 수 있습니다.
