All these are done in-house with a Diedrich IR-25 coffee roaster. Now at HeadMost Cafe, we are not only offering a cup of fresh coffee, but also the best quality coffee. A micro lot specialty coffee is ready at our HeadMost Cafe's espresso bar. This presents a unique challenge to our baristas – a challenge to synergize coffee and the espresso preparation, bringing the equilibrium to the intensified qualities while presenting an accurate depiction of the flavours profile. The Kees Spirit (machine) makes multiple offerings possible; it is a powerful and versatile espresso machine that allows us to optimally calibrate each cup of coffee, along with switch parameters on the fly to serve every cuppa the precise extraction of flavours required. At HeadMost Café, our coffee is more than ‘just coffee’. We pay great attention to each cuppa, getting it right down from the very first step to the finale so that you can enjoy nothing less than a sensational aroma, flavourful, comfortingly familiar and truly authentic coffee.
