终于来打卡坡底这家敲🔥的六楼啦啦煲！
这里的啦啦和沙白真的不是普通大小，是大到跟我手心差不多😳 现场看到真的会吓一跳！

而且重点是——
他们家的啦啦煲是桌边现煮的🔥�还可以看到现场“喷火”，仪式感直接拉满！

我们直接点了他们家的「六楼三宝」👇🏻
🦐 招牌虾贝煲
啦啦里面还酿着满满虾滑，一口咬下去直接爆汁，鲜甜又有层次，真的很满足🤤
🍲 大大粒啦啦煲�这里的啦啦比平时大好几倍，每一颗都很饱满！�而且口感特别Q弹有嚼劲，越吃越上瘾～
汤底本身是带胡椒香的，还可以自己加花雕9，越煮越香，喝起来很暖胃🥹
🧀 芝士大头虾煲（必点！）�工作人员会在桌边直接淋上酱汁，看着超疗愈🧀
酱汁是南瓜酱+芝士，带一点自然甜味，�搭配新鲜大头虾，虾肉Q弹又甜，重点是完全不会腻，真的会默默一直吃🫠

我们还加点了一些肉片和蔬菜拿来涮啦啦煲�吸满汤底精华，每一口都更入味，敲级加分！

🔥 还有烤鸡肉串、烤虾、蒜香微辣烤生蚝� 这里除了啦啦煲，还有各种烤串可以选择
边吃热腾腾的啦啦煲，边配烧烤真的很过瘾！

The star of the show is definitely their fresh, live clams🔥They are incredibly sweet, plump, and juicy! We also tried several other dishes, including their prawns, tofu, and vegetables—everything was exceptionally fresh and high quality.

​🔥The Unique Setup:
What makes Clams Man 91 stand out is their traditional cooking method. They cook the soup on charcoal inside a claypot right at your table. I love that they even provide a metal enclosure around the pot—it's a brilliant touch that ensures no charcoal ash flies onto you or your food while it cooks👍

​🙌Service & Promos:
The service staff here are highly professional, polite, and very helpful throughout the meal👏To make things even better, they are currently giving out a return voucher when you hit a minimum spend, which is an amazing bonus💯

终于来JB 打卡这家超有名的啦啦煲！🔥

大啦啦个头很大，肉质新鲜，口感弹牙有嚼劲。汤底味道很不错，加入了花雕酒，带出淡淡的酒香，还有微甜又咸香的层次感🤤

best LALA hotpot?! in JB

am on a hunt for the best lala hotpot in jb but after i tried my experience here, i daresay (by far) this is the best lala hotpot ive ever eaten !!!!!!

first let’s start off with the foooood 🍲
we got the:
TuaTuaLiap Clams pot (they have 2 diff soup bases!) along with a handful of other sides to add in the hotpot! The soup was sooooo flavourful, I can’t even explain in words how tasty it was, you’ve to try it for yourself! 😊
✨ The soup was incredibly flavourful, rich and comforting without being overly salty or tasting like MSG. It had just the right balance.
The highlight for me was definitely the clams, unbelievably fresh, straight from the tank behind us! You could really taste the difference. A must-try if you’re a seafood lover. 😊🦪
The clams were SUPERR big and juicy! omg look at that!! hugest clams ive ever eaten...

they also sell skewers as well, and we got the mutton & mushroom to try! the mushroom was soo juicy and the mutton was cld be slightly more tender but it was rlly flavourful!

next, their SERVICE!!
Service by far one of the best i’ve experience. they had a lot of staff working, and when we came in everything was explained in detail to us as it was our first time. they were very alert as well, and there was always a staff nearby who cld attend to u.

also the highlight, the hotpot fire show!! 😂
the staff holding the pot asked me to stand up and i tot he was joking at first. little did i realise it was gonna be so hot and there were 4 other staff standing on the other end protecting the heat from the rest of the customers!!! there were 5 staff in total and i tot that was super funny hahahaha but definitely enhanced our dining experience!!! 🥰🥰

it was pretty crowded as well on a Sunday night with few tables available but which means you can tell that it’s a popular and good spot for sure!

downside is there’s no AC but there are big fans so it didn’t feel so hot!! 🥵

definitely recommend you to check this place out the next time you’re in JB!!
