Lemon Tree Restaurant 创办人小的时候，由于父母的经济状况不理想，不能时常带一家大小到餐厅享用西餐。因为这个原因，创办人才希望创办一家每个阶层都能够享用的西餐厅，所以，Lemontree Restaurant就这样诞生了，至今也23年了。
