槟城亚参叻沙Penang Assam Laksa
材料：kampung鱼或者sardine鱼
黄瓜，生菜，400g罐头黄梨，薄荷叶
1升的水
250g 酱料
做法： 1.如果使用新鲜鱼，必须将于煮熟，取肉。
2. 将煮过鱼的汤加水至1升。
3. 把酱料倒进，来做汤汁。
4. 把400g 的罐头黄梨里的汁倒入其汤汁里煮沸。
5. 将粗米粉杀水煮好 。
6. 把薄荷叶，黄瓜，黄梨，鱼肉配上粗米粉，淋上汤
汁，便可享用。
** 也可把鱼肉加多些，拿来配饭吃。

Hi , im going to introduce mee siam paste today !
烹调方法
Mee Siam Paste
材料：1kg米粉
250g 豆芽，鱼饼，鸡蛋
韭菜，酸酐，虾
1升的水，250g 酱料
作法：1. 鸡蛋煮熟，拔壳，切片。虾煮熟，拔壳，鱼饼切条。
2. 把250g酱料和1升的水煮沸。然后关小火。
3. 把1kg的米粉和250g 的豆芽加入。
4. 翻炒至米粉已被酱汁吸收。
5. 加入鸡蛋，鱼饼，虾和韭菜一起搅拌。
6. 食用之前，把酸酐挤下去即可。
