Just Want Coffee, The Factory 30 【缘起】

於2013年蓬勃發展，就開始籌劃想要去實踐腦海裡一個大膽創新的點子，就是把現在日漸風行的精品咖啡館和工廠結合, 將本地的咖啡文化推向另一個高峰。

【理念】


「爵 • 咖啡」更希望能把這樣的咖啡文化推廣至大眾群,因此工廠裡將從烘培咖啡豆到萃取過程透明使顧客們都能看到咖啡生產過程。

30工廠以工業風格為設計主題，工廠內設有烘培室，杯測會議室和訓練室等。將會在不同的時期於會議室舉行小型咖啡講座和分享會， 30工廠的每一個角落都是我們用心打造，就是為了給予一個全然不同，耳目一新的畫面與感覺，讓每一位顧客都能在舒適特別的環境裡品嚐一杯好的咖啡.
