We had the honor of welcoming Abert Khow to our little café — one of our all-time favorite coffee roaster.

Never thought we’d be making coffee in front of him — definitely the most stressful brew day since we opened!
Hope we didnot mess it up too badly 😂😂😂

Huge thanks to Abert for your generosity and for sharing so much roasting knowledge with us. Truly grateful.
