It breaks our hearts to announce that Master Chuan will officially close on March 16, 2025. This was not an easy decision, but after much thought and consideration, we know it’s time.

For every bite you’ve taken and every memory you’ve shared, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your support has made every moment worth it. These last two weeks, we invite you to relive those delicious memories — one more bite of our soul-warming Sauerkraut Fish, one more toast to the good times.

We may be closing our doors, but the flavours and friendships will stay with us forever. Until our paths cross again, thank you for the love, the support, and the memories.
