Our childhood favourite dish is now on our menu! 🦀🍤

Master Lin has a special story behind our new Fried Stuffed Crab Claw.
Growing up, this was the dish he looked forward to the most.
Now, he’s bringing it from his memory to your table.

Everything is done the long way. From hand-beating the fresh shrimp into a bouncy paste to stuffing each real crab claw by hand.
We steam them to lock in the sweetness, then flash-fry for that perfect golden crunch.

It’s a labor of love, but seeing your smiles makes it worth the effort. ❤️

No shortcuts, just tradition, patience, and pride in every step.

It’s something we grew up eating, and we wanted to recreate that same taste like how we remember it.
Our crab ball is made from real prawn and crab meat!
