What is in the food we serve? Nutritional and health tips!!!
Perut Ikan - one of the main ingredient in this dish is daun Kadok (betel leaf). Daun Kadok has the therapeutic agent to prevent bone fractures and accelerate fracture healing. It is also a form of herbal medicine used to treat many ailments such as inflammation, dermatitis and joint pain.
What’s more, it’s full of vitamin C, thiamine, niacin, riboflavin and carotene and is a great source of calcium.
