Job : Cashier ( biscuit and Ipoh food souvenir)
Time : 6pm - 9pm
Job description :
1. Managing transactions with customers using
POS system
2. Scanning goods and ensuring pricing is accurate
3. Collecting payments whether in cash , e-wallet or
credit card
4. Cross-sell products and introduce new ones
5. Resolve customer complaints, guide them and
provide relevant information
6. Greet customers when entering or leaving the
store
7. Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
Requirement :
• Basic PC knowledge
• Familiarity with electronic equipment, like credit
card machine and POS
• Good math skills
• Strong communication and time management
skills
• Customer satisfaction-oriented
