Our Mooncake Shio Pan will be here soon!

Salted egg yolk dough wrapped around smooth lotus paste and savoury chicken floss. Sweet, salty, buttery and very addictive.

It’s familiar, but not quite what you expect.

Every pain au chocolat starts long before it reaches the display.

Hours of laminating, careful shaping, proofing, and baking , all for that crisp, flaky exterior and buttery layers inside.

It’s one of those things that looks simple, but takes years to get right.

Not everything happens in front of the cake display.

Every cake, loaf of sourdough, croissant and pastry starts long before our doors open. Early mornings, flour everywhere, countless folds, careful fermentation, and plenty of patience.

These little moments are the part customers rarely get to see, but they’re the heart of what we do every single day.

Rosé Bloom brings together juicy lychee, vibrant raspberries, and a gentle hint of rose, layered with our light, fluffy sponge and silky cream. Every bite is refreshing, fragrant, and beautifully balanced, never overpowering.

As always, we make everything from scratch, using premium ingredients and no preservatives. Just honest baking and flavours we’re proud to serve.
