今天，我们的熟成鱼柜迎来了几位新贵宾正式 “入住” ✨

每一尾都是刚上岸的新鲜渔获，接下来将经过时间的洗礼，慢慢熟成，把鲜味、甘甜和层次发挥到极致。

⛈️ 近期雨季持续, 海况不稳定, 导致钓手暂时无法出海作业。对于依赖野生渔获的我们而言, 这意味着每日鱼获数量减少, 也让每一尾能够顺利上岸的鱼显得更加珍贵。

在MOREL, 我们始终坚持使用霹雳海岸手钓野生鱼获,并遵循熟成工艺, 让鱼肉达到最佳风味后才呈现给客人。

我们相信, 真正优质的食材无法被催促, 更无法被取代。因此, 近期的野生熟成鱼料理数量有限, 售完即 止。
