Nasi Ulam: White rice eaten with an assortment of herbs, vegetables and beans.
While some vegetables are blanced, most of the herbs are eaten raw with a dipping sauce of budu (fermented anchovy sauce) Know also as bagaoong in the Philippines. For a bit of kick, sambal belacan is added to the mix. This is a common meal in Kelantan and parts of Thailand. Toasted fish add to the sauce of protein in the meal. Papa J's Kitchen has the honor of re creating the Late Mek Puteh/ Pasir Mas's AYAM PERCHIK rescipe. Mek Puteh was famous for her satay and her magical stay sauce. Today's ayam perchik was recreated by her own grand daughter and has been given the thumbs up by chefs Ting, Tong and Tiang. The ayam perchik will be available for order. PACKING FOR LONG DISTANCE DELIVERY OF Papa J's White Curry ™ : Each order is separately packed in their individual containers and the condiments are packed separately and chilled for transportation. The soup is also packed separately and chilled to retain it's freshness. Customers only need to heat up the soup to pour over the noodles and condiments before eating.

Today's mission accomplished. Manage to deliver Papa J's White Curry, Ikan sumbat sambal and chili sambal belacan (standard as well as the "Meletup" variety) Thank you Sofie Tan Irene Tan for being in the team. Due to persistent request from our followers is Kualar Lumpur, Papa J's Kitchen made a trail run to do delivery to the Klang valley to our Supporters there to deliver some of the our Papa J's goodies there. Namely the our signature White Curry Mee, and Nyonya Sambal stuffed fish were delivered the homes there. Soon we wil be including a variety of of sauces that will be made available for KL folks thru local resellers there. Do follow us @ for more up dates.
