Yes, ALL of our cakes use this simple ratio 🤭✨
But what does that actually mean?
It’s basically 1:1:1:1 — the weight of the flour, sugar and butter is the same as the weight of the eggs.
For example, if you want to make a 4-layer, 9-inch cake like the one in this video:
Weigh 6 large eggs.
Whatever the total weight of the eggs is, use the same weight for:
• Butter
• Sugar
• Flour
That’s it! Simple, right? 🤭
For this Pistachio Butter Cake, we added 100g pistachio paste and a little green food colouring to give it that pretty pistachio look 💚
