祖传客家酿豆腐
Traditional Hakka Stuffed Tofu

这一粒酿豆腐，有我们自己的坚持。
馅料沿用传统客家秘方，
猪肉、鱼肉、咸鱼、鱿鱼丝，再加入多种海鲜干料提鲜。不是只有肉香，而是咸香、鱼鲜、海味一层一层交织出来。

豆腐，我们坚持选用传统的潮州盐卤豆腐。它不像一般嫩豆腐那么滑，却多了一份扎实的口感和浓浓豆香。一口咬下去，豆香、肉香、鱼鲜、咸香、海味，全都在这一口里。

客家的秘馅 × 潮州的盐卤豆腐
两种传统手艺，酿成属于《路邊攤》的味道。 ❤️

Traditional Hakka Stuffed Tofu

There’s something different about our stuffed tofu.Our filling follows a traditional Hakka family recipe, combining pork, fish, salted fish, shredded dried squid and a selection of dried seafood to create layers of rich, savoury umami.
For the tofu, we use traditional Teochew-style salt-brined tofu.
It may not be as silky-soft as regular tofu, but that’s exactly the point. It has a firmer bite, a deeper soybean aroma, and a character of its own.
Take one bite and you’ll taste the layers: tofu, meat, fish, salted fish and the natural umami of dried seafood.
