​we took a local classic and gave it the Kafka treatment. meet the Gula Melaka pandan pancake: unbelievably fluffy, steeped in real pandan, and stacked for serious cravings.

​crowned with a scoop of coconut ice cream, layered with our house-made coconut granola for that perfect crunch, and finished with a heavy pour of maple syrup. sweet, textural, and exactly what you need to fuel the day.

Meet Explorations: Qi Hong on keys, Isaac Teh on bass, Cain Peterson on drums, and Elyssa Ngerong on vocals.

They’ve played stages from the Penang Island Jazz Festival to the Thailand International Jazz Conference, and on july 31st, they are bringing their passion for music to kafka!
