In Cuba, Mexico, the Caribbean, this is Sunday food. Backyard food. The cut you build a meal around.

You don’t see it much in Malaysia. So Chef Mark put it on the menu.
Sous vide first, then finished over charcoal. Served with patatas bravas and garlic mayo.

That’s how Pulpo al Olivo was born in 1980s Lima. Rosita Yimura’s purple-black olive mayo became the sauce Peru couldn’t stop ordering.

Our Prawn Ceviche special is hitting the menu this Saturday and Sunday. Succulent prawns marinated in citrus, tossed with fresh avocado, peppers, tomatoes, and cilantro. Served with crispy tortilla chips for the ultimate scoop.

🦐 The New Kid — Gambas Al Ajillo | RM48
🐙 The Wildcard — Pulpo Al Olivo | RM38

New: Gambas Al Ajillo brings a whole new spin on our prawns, garlic, chili, olive oil, bread for sopping.

Pulpo Al Olivo just earned its spot on the core menu. Octopus on toasted bread with olives and avocado. You’re going to want to swipe to slide 6.

🦐 Gambas al Ajillo — our new prawn dish, swimming in garlic and olive oil
🐙 Pulpo al Olivo — tender octopus on toast, following the love we got for our grilled octopus

Mejillones Provenzal try saying that five times fast. Better yet, just swipe and watch how it’s made.

Chilean mussels. A generous pour of white wine. A splash of cream. A spoonful of spicy nduja. All kissed by open flame. Served with bread that exists for one purpose: sopping up every last drop.
