Happo Ramen & Tempura

Happo Ramen & Tempura Our tempura celebrates simplicity: fresh ingredients transformed into golden treasures that crunch and yield in harmony. Come as you are.

At Happō, we're passionate about those flavors that make you pause mid-bite, those conversations that feel like coming alive, that gentle abundance of sharing what matters. At Happo, we believe life's best treasures slip in quietly - through the perfect bowl of handmade ramen that warms you from within, the satisfying crunch of tempura done exactly right, the moments that fill us up when shared. Our ramen speaks comfort with Japanese sensibilities: homecooked broths simmered with patience, handpulled noodles with perfect chew, innovative flavors that honor tradition while embracing the unexpected. This is where a simple meal becomes a moment you remember. We gather life's scattered treasures and present them in bowls and on plates, creating space for the connections that make everything worthwhile. Find your treasures here.

Almost no one orders this on the first visit. By the third visit, this is the first thing they order.

Our Cold Tofu Salad is the kind of dish that looks like a side and eats like a decision you’re glad you made. It does something different from the ramen, it balances it.

This is what we meant when we said the menu was thoughtfully curated.❤️‍🔥

Our Signature Tori Paitan broth doesn’t happen overnight.

It starts before the doors open, and it keeps going long after most kitchens would have called it done. Every bowl of our Tori Paitan Ramen starts there. Hours of slow-simmered chicken, drawn down into something rich, heavy bodied, fragrant and unmistakably its own.

Then the straining, the prep. The quiet and unglamorous work that nobody sees until the bowl lands in front of you, still steaming. This is why it’s our bestseller. Not because we told people it was good, because they came back.

Come find out if it’s spoon-licking-good. 72-1-51, Arena Curve.❤️‍🔥
