現代真的想找個接班人好困難，以前師父不肯100%教徙弟，我真心用100%誠意去教，廚藝承傳下一代，年輕人不想学，还是我沒有福氣找到，八十年代味道，老人家退休后，可能真的會失傳了，还有年青人想学，联系我🙏

It's so difficult to find a successor these days. In the past, masters wouldn't teach their apprentices 100% of their skills. I sincerely teach with 100% dedication. Passing on culinary skills to the next generation is a challenge, but young people don't want to learn. Maybe I'm just not lucky enough to find someone. The flavors of the 1980s might truly be lost after the older generation retires. Are there any young people who want to learn? Contact me! 🙏

我人又老，錢又冇，准備回香港🇭🇰退休过日子，你哋給我的最後的機會證明八十年代香港美食是受本地人欢迎，你們捨不得我離開，承諾支持我，希望你們能做到，二年前為了推廣正宗八十年代飲食文化來到檳城，親力親為，每个小細節都自己去處理，慢慢適應本地社會環境，成為半個馬來西亞达人，有時候有个想法，把自己的廚藝教本地人怎樣煮出香港味道的美食，讓這個真正味道繼續留著，自己慢慢退下來！徙弟們也很用心，我也很滿意👍！
不過，我真的好攰！好攰！我相信這店是我最後落腳的地方，你哋要為我努力💪，
讓我這個老人家可以退休！

I'm getting old and broke, and I'm planning to retire in Hong Kong 🇭🇰. You gave me this last chance to prove that 1980s Hong Kong cuisine is still popular with locals. You didn't want me to leave and promised to support me; I hope you can keep your word. Two years ago, I came to Penang to promote authentic 1980s food culture. I did everything myself, handling every little detail, gradually adapting to the local environment, becoming a semi-Malaysian expert. Sometimes I have this idea: to teach locals how to cook authentic Hong Kong food, so that this true flavor can continue to exist, and I can slowly retire! My apprentices are also very dedicated, and I'm very satisfied 👍!

However, I'm really exhausted! So exhausted! I believe this shop will be my final resting place. You all need to work hard for me 💪,

so that this old man can retire!

Today is the beginning of my newfound strength. New shop opening! Thank you for your continued support of Hongkong1987 👍
