Tho Yuen Restaurant serves piping hot dim sum from the traditional push carts, at 6am every morning. Tantalise your taste buds with a wide variety of handmade dim sum, a taste of the of the past, in the present. Tho Yuen's signature dishes such as Steamed Fish Head, Fried Hor Fun, Hong Tho Mee, are available from 10am. Tho Yuen's Chef hand picks sea produce every morning for the past 30 years; his passion for cooking is built on the belief of using the freshest ingredients, to breathe life into each dish.
