没吃到的朋友，我们鞠躬致歉。
这锅咖喱，用的是清晨现宰的鲜鱼头，限量供应，每天只与10位有缘人相遇。
也是我们对“新鲜”的执念。
有人为它连添两碗饭，有人打包酱汁回家拌米粉。
。。。好味道值得等。

This curry is made with freshly prepared fish heads every morning and available in strictly limited quantities — enough to meet just 10 lucky diners a day.
That’s how much we care about freshness.
Some guests add two extra bowls of rice while some pack the curry sauce home to enjoy with rice noodles.

To those who missed out, we sincerely apologize. 🙇‍♂️

天然新鲜香草,以纯手工细切成丝让每一种香草独特层次的香气充分释放。
热腾腾的米饭加入椰丝和特制调味，再与各种香草轻轻拌匀，使每一粒米饭都均匀包裹着天然草本芬芳。

多种香料捣碎，与椰浆缠绵交融，酝酿出酸、辣、香、浓的醇厚风味。
砂锅端上桌时，还在咕嘟咕嘟冒着热泡。淋上两勺咖喱汁，琥珀色的咖喱汁缓缓渗透每一粒米饭。筷子轻轻一戳，鱼头肉如花瓣般散开，吸饱了酱汁，嫩得在舌尖上悄然化开。
