First embraced in Korea during the 1960s, hambak steak became a symbol of modern dining — tender meat, sweet-savory sauce, and rice on the side.
Once a luxury, now a nostalgic favorite found in homes and markets alike.

Our version blends tradition and depth — a pork or beef patty seasoned with ganjang, brushed with gochujang glaze, and served with doenjang mashed potatoes — a tribute to the three jangs that define Korean flavor.

In Korea, there are two faces of boyang (보양) — strength drawn from the dark and the light.

Where our black chicken samgyetang speaks of depth and mystery, this white chicken samgyetang offers gentle clarity.
Simmered low and slow, the broth turns softly milky, carrying the sweetness of jujube, the warmth of garlic, and the healing roots of ginseng.

It is comfort in its purest form — light, nourishing, and restorative. A bowl that reminds us not all strength needs to be heavy; sometimes it flows like warm milk through the body, leaving only calm and renewal.

In Korea, samgyetang is more than a soup — it is boyang (보양), a tradition of nourishment to restore strength and balance.

Our interpretation enriches the clear ginseng broth with roasted black sesame, treasured for its calcium, iron, and gentle energy. Gentle yet fortifying, it is especially comforting for expectant mothers and seniors alike, offering warmth that soothes and sustains. Simmered with chicken, garlic, jujube, and ginseng, the result is a broth that carries both depth and quiet elegance — a timeless dish reimagined for modern wellness.

For centuries, samgyetang has been prepared as boyang (보양) — a dish to restore balance and vitality when the body is most in need.

Our interpretation pairs two rare ingredients: black chicken, revered for its depth and healing properties, and roasted black sesame, with its subtle nuttiness and warmth. Slowly simmered with ginseng and jujube, the broth reveals layers that are delicate, earthy, and profoundly comforting.

More than flavour, it is nourishment. Black chicken is cherished for supporting strength and circulation, while black sesame is said to promote longevity, vitality, and radiant health.

A timeless recipe, reimagined with elegance — a bowl that speaks of both tradition and renewal.
