On 10 June, Platta had the pleasure of hosting the US Potatoes & Chefonic Chef Workshop, bringing together culinary professionals and food enthusiasts for an inspiring afternoon of learning, creativity, and innovation.
The workshop showcased the versatility of U.S.A. potatoes through a variety of creative menu creations, alongside live demonstrations of the Merrychef speed and combi oven, highlighting its efficiency and performance in professional kitchens.
A special thank you to Chef Audee, Chef Balan, Chef Jason, and Chef Randall for sharing their expertise, recipe ideations, and practical insights. From creative applications to menu development, the session was filled with valuable inspiration for chefs and food operators alike.
