Uncle Ahmad, the gentle soul and coffee-making genius behind the delectable brews at Angamias in Johannesburgโ€™s Oriental Plaza, is one of those people. Their legendary Durban curries were every bit as good as I'd hoped, and I was delighted to cook my own version of Meen (Fish) Kulambhu for their customers.
