The Heirloom & Co is taking one day off at our Gurney Paragon Outlet on this Friday 10th January 2025 as we celebrate the festive season with our annual dinner to honour our hardworking team for a feast.

We will be back serving on 11th January 2025 as usual.

The Heirloom & Co selected 2 types of healthy whole grains as the base on our grain bowl series

Consist of Sabah or Thai red rice with organic white quinoa, the grains are cooked individually to preserve grain’s texture and flavour.

A suggestive 90 grams of red rice with 30 grams of white quinoa to provide great base of healthy carbohydrates with higher fiber and more essential nutrients than white grains.

A hybrid of broccoli and kale, with small florets on slender stalks. They are packed with nutrients such as fiber, folate and various vitamins.

Currently Heirloom’s Broccolini is air-flown weekly from Australia to preserve the best quality and freshness. It gives a sweet and crunchy texture and tastes superb after a short charred.

A small tip for home user, always blanch broccoli or broccolini with boiling salted water for 1 minute and throw them into iced water for the best texture and nutrient preservation
