BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (B2B COFFEE SALES)
Location: Penang
Industry: Specialty Coffee Roastery (Halal Certified)
We are a fast-growing coffee roastery supplying cafés, restaurants, and corporate clients.
Current volume: 400kg/month
Capacity: 2,000kg/month
We are expanding aggressively and looking for a driven Business Development Executive to grow our B2B coffee beans sales.
This is NOT a desk job.
This is a field-based, performance-driven sales role.
What You Will Do
* Prospect and approach cafés and F&B outlets daily
* Arrange and conduct coffee tasting sessions
* Close recurring monthly supply agreements
* Build strong B2B customer base
* Work closely with admin to ensure healthy account portfolio
What We Are Looking For
* Aggressive and confident in sales
* Comfortable with rejection
* Strong field discipline
* Results-driven mindset
* Prior sales experience (FMCG / telco / property / F&B preferred)
* Coffee knowledge is a bonus, not required
Compensation
Basic Salary: RM2,000
Allowance: RM1,000
EPF & SOCSO provided
Performance-based commission + bonuses.
High performers can earn:
RM6,000 – RM10,000+ per month
(Top performer in first 3 months can earn RM20,000+ total.)
Performance Expectations
First 30 days:
* Minimum 150kg recurring volume secured
First 90 days:
* Minimum 500kg recurring volume secured
