以前家里的一台裁缝机，
不只是用来缝衣服。

它是父母给女儿的嫁妆，
也是希望女儿成家后，能照顾家庭、靠自己的双手过好日子的心意。

这台裁缝机，来自太婆婆，
至今已有近百年历史。

翻到机身下方，找到 serial number，
还能查回它来自哪个年代。

旧物留住的，从来不只是年份，
还有一代人努力生活的样子。

A sewing machine used to be more than a tool for making clothes.
For many families, it was part of a daughter’s dowry—
a wish that she could build a home, care for her family,
and make a living with her own hands.

This sewing machine has been passed down from a great-grandmother
and is close to a hundred years old.

一碗 Bubur Cha Cha，

芋头、番薯、紫薯，
再加上手工做的红色薯粉，
一碗里装着五颜六色，也装着小时候最熟悉的古早味。

有人说，Bubur 是甜甜的糊状甜品；
