Advocating sustainable micro-manufacturing, system-based business setup,

and continuity planning for my slow-learner successor, Nuha. Passionate about integrating Japanese discipline, Islamic values, and practical survival entrepreneurship. Rosu at 50 is a founder shaped by resilience rather than perfection. She grew from a young JPA scholar Egineering base in Japan into a Malaysian micro-manufacturer that applying Japanese Manufacturing discipline to halal local Japanese food production. After nearly 15 years in Japanese MNCs, she built Dhuha Tensai Resources from her own kitchen — surviving fluctuating sales, market shocks, and personal capacity limits. While running a halal-certified sauce and frozen food line, she prepares her gentle slow-learner daughter, Nuha , as her future successor. Progress is slow, but structured, and guided with compassion. In 2026, Rosu realigns her business into a sustainable model based on her strengths. Her journey is not glamorous — it is disciplined, intentional, and built on survival engineering. This is a business designed for legacy, continuity, and long-term Islamic values. Rosu stands today as a credible halal micro manufacturer grounded in Japanese Manufacturing culture — focused on passing down a structured, system-ready business to the next generation.
