This is the menu we have been wanting to sell for so long. We used to have this menu since we open the restaurant. However, the ingredients we received was very inconsistent in quality so we get a lot of feedback which is why we stopped selling this menu.

We are very confident now that we bring in a good quality ingredient this Isi ketam will be fresh all the time and will be consistent from now on. No bad smells and mushy meat anymore.
