3. 有关人士未经授权，将本公司资料、照片及品牌名称发布于网络平台，已对本公司商誉造成影响，并对员工及顾客带来不必要的困扰。
4. 针对此类骚扰及涉嫌诽谤行为，本公司已向警方报案备案，并保留采取进一步法律行动的权利，以维护本公司及相关人士的合法权益。

Recently, posts relating to a loan dispute have been circulating online, accompanied by photographs, information, and references to our company and its outlets.
In this regard, November 23 Sdn Bhd would like to make the following official statement:
1. November 23 Sdn Bhd and all of its outlets are not borrowers, guarantors, or participants in any loan arrangement related to the matter in question.
2. The incident is a private financial dispute between individuals and is entirely unrelated to the operations, management, business activities, or affairs of our company and its outlets.
3. The unauthorized publication and use of our company information, photographs, and brand name on online platforms have adversely affected our reputation and caused unnecessary disturbance to our employees and customers.
4. We have lodged a police report regarding the harassment and defamatory actions associated with this matter and reserve the right to take further legal action to protect our company’s reputation and lawful interests.
We respectfully urge members of the public not to share or circulate unverified information and to refrain from harassing our employees and customers in any manner.
