December, the month full of joy and happiness.🥰🎄☃️
Apart from roasted turkey or roasted chicken🍗, it is better to change the taste this year and let's try the Salmon Wellington😋!
Salmon Wellington, also known as Salmon En Croute is a savory dish of seasoned salmon that is placed on a bed of cheesy sautéed spinach and wrapped into puff pastry dough. Lastly, It is then brushed with egg wash and baked in the oven. Cream cheese mixed with mozzarella cheese🧀 with a light dill aroma, and it is perfectly integrated with the aroma of salmon.

*Pre-order 2 days in advance before 23 December
