每年踏入12月份就充满了幸福的氛围。🥰🎄☃️
圣诞节除了拆礼物🎁，最重要的就是圣诞大餐了。除了烤火鸡或烤鸡🍗，今年不如换个口味，尝试一下威灵顿三文鱼吧😋！
新鲜调味过的三文鱼上铺着满满的奶酪炒洋葱菠菜，然后包裹在油酥面团中。最后刷上蛋液，放入烤箱烘烤。奶酪加上莫札瑞拉起司🧀，起司混合淡淡的莳萝香气，与鲑鱼的香气完美融合。

Salmon Wellington, also known as Salmon En Croute is a savory dish of seasoned salmon that is placed on a bed of cheesy sautéed spinach and wrapped into puff pastry dough. Lastly, It is then brushed with egg wash and baked in the oven. Cream cheese mixed with mozzarella cheese🧀 with a light dill aroma, and it is perfectly integrated with the aroma of salmon.
