five years in, and this is our very first outdoor event!🍃🏕️

looking ‘perfect’ but failed. the weather was sooo hot causing the milk temperature to rise = milk couldn’t create foam, although it was stored in ice bath.

quickly, we r&d new whisking method, and voila! turned out perfect!

Tips: milk bottle has to be fully soaked in ICY water. we are using pasteurised milk btw, not UHT.
