A big and emotional step. Nine years that’s long enough for it to become part of my identity, my routine, my community. I’ve probably seen my regulars grow up from kids to teenagers, from couple to become parents, had conversations that couldn’t anywhere else and built something that mattered. Even it’s coming to an end now. 🤍

做出这个决定并不容易。九年里，我们从陌生到熟悉，感谢您允许我们将小小的冰淇淋，融入您大大的生活故事里。我们记得参与求婚仪式戒指藏在甜蜜的冰淇淋里；记得那个每年生日都要来吃巧克力冰淇淋的奶奶；记得有位麻麻奖励孩子买冰淇淋给小孩吃；记得你们常说这是全城唯一能吃出‘心意’的冰淇淋。

Nine Sweet Years, Grateful To Have You!🫶🧡

Dear Valued Customers,

As you read these words, we have decided to gently bring Creameal’s nine-year sweet journey to a close. Thank you for accompanying us through these unforgettable years. The warmth and support you have given us have been the greatest motivation on our path forward. It has been our greatest honor to meet and get to know you here.

This decision was not an easy one to make. Over the past nine years, we’ve gone from strangers to friends, and we are grateful that you allowed our humble ice cream to become a part of your life’s grand stories. We remember the proposal where the ring was hidden in a sweet scoop of ice cream; we remember the grandmother who came every year on her birthday for a chocolate ice cream; we remember the mother who rewarded her child with our ice cream; and we remember you often saying that this was the only ice cream in the city where you could taste the “heart” behind it.

Every visit you made, every smile you shared, became the driving force that kept us going. Why now? Just as every story has its final chapter, we wanted to turn away gracefully at this most beautiful moment, carrying with us all the gratitude and fulfillment. This is not an end, but a way to preserve the craftsmanship and warmth that remained unchanged over nine years in the depths of our memories.

In these final moments, we are still here, using the finest ingredients to offer you one last sweet journey. Come! Let us scoop one more ice cream for you, and let’s talk about these nine years like old friends. The stories born from sweet encounters will continue to warm our hearts, always and forever.
