Climate nowadays is abnormal, it changes unpredictably. Past few weeks ago, it rained for consecutively few days and the weather was so cold but for recently it is so hot 🥵 . It is so lucky that we are still providing cold brew that we make by our self although the climate is unpredictable. The coffee bean that we used for our cold brew that we roasted our self, it is so clear and so clean and enjoyable under this climate 😍. Feel free to pay us a visit if you want to get one too 😉. Few months ago, we had moved our roaster from Bayan Lepas to next door of yin’s sourdough bakery Georgetown, at first we have been some small issues and the progression of moving was delayed for some time but now we are managed to get it done.

During this pandemic moments, we would like to thank our valued customers who always support us for this long. We are still providing few variety of coffee beans even though this pandemic has strike us very hard. A good news to everyone is we will be keep working on the roasting to provide those who need coffee everyday! You can have a look at the photos for our coffee beans. Colombia is an extremes land. With vast rainforests, sprawling savannas, huge mountains and around 2,900 kilometers of coastline on two oceans, this equatorial country is one of the more biologically diverse places on Earth. Colombia's incredible variety of microclimates also enables it to produce a significant volume of premium washed Arabica every month of the year.

The coffee produced in a TOLIMA LA ESTRELLA FARM - WILSON VÁQUIRO La Estrella, a family farm located in Montalvo village at 2,100 meters above sea level, where the Huila snow peak winds, run few kilometers away. This farm stands out for its post-harvest care processes and its eco-friendly agricultural practices. One of its peculiarities is the cultivated coffee plant varieties such as Caturra, San Bernardo and Typica; another particularity is its local shade trees, such as Guamo, Chachafruta, Carbonero, banana and citrus trees that promote crops nitrogen fixation and maintain a layer of organic material that makes chemical fertilization unnecessary.

Coffee beans from this farm are through sun-dried processing with raised bed. So basically you taste the fruity and red berries profile from this coffee. This coffee also brings little amount of acidity to lift up it's complexity with silky body. I have to admit they are one of the country that produce such quality coffee. Colombian did punched my face with the fact! I can't wait to keep discovering more coffee beans from Colombia and of course also from other country that also produced nice coffee beans around the world!
