Dairies 🍫 we know that most of you are going through a stressful day with a hectic day and sadness overwhelming you. It's okay dairies, we will always be behind you to support you and believe that you guys will be okay 🥺

Here are some tips to deal with your stress and sadness ❣️❣️

1️⃣ Exercise regularly and get enough sleep 🏃‍♂️😴. It reduces stress hormones and stimulates the production of endorphins, which together help foster relaxation. Getting enough sleep will help your body to rest more 🛌

2️⃣ Take a break. You can recover and restore your energy🔋

3️⃣ Know it is okay to feel sad. Being sad is normal since it is one of the emotions that we need as long we do not be sad for too long. If it took time too long, should seek meditation.

4️⃣ Eating sugary food like dessert in a right amount can help you boost your mood 🍫🤩

5️⃣ Find someone that you trust to talk to and is willing to listen to your confession without being judged 👭. Find the right time to express your emotion to make sure that you are ready to talk about your problem ⏱

Yes, there is more than one variety of cheese; each cheese has a different type and texture. We will share with you 4 types of cheese that people often use 😋

1️⃣ Swiss cheese is a cheese with a semi-hard texture and distinctive holes. Its flavor is mild, buttery, and nutty. Swiss cheese melts well, making it suitable for use in sauces and cakes. 🧀

2️⃣ Cream cheese is a combination of milk and cream. Its flavor is milky and sweet but also slightly tangy. Cream cheese is the signature for cheesecake and dessert.🎂

3️⃣ Ricotta resembles a grainy, thick sour cream and is naturally low in fat in comparison to other cheeses. Ricotta often appears in recipes for lasagna and other types of pasta.🍝

4️⃣ Fresh mozzarella is silky, soft, and milky in flavor. It should be eaten at room temperature to fully enjoy its fresh flavor. It's also used in a variety of fresh and cooked recipes such as sandwiches and pizza. 🥪🍕
