What's a croffle?

The Croffle is a croissant-waffle mashup crafted with rich buttery french croissant dough toasted to caramelized honeycomb crispiness in a waffle maker. It is said to has been introduced by an Irish pastry chef, Louise Lennox in 2017 and became popular in South Korea before the emergence of the pandemic in 2020.

They are freshly toasted, flaky, favourful, delicious and definite must try.
