Responsibilities:
Report directly to the Director of all issues (company operational targets, and ensure the consistency of operation, product delivery, customer service, and approach) and take prompt and necessary actions
Manage daily operations such as providing support and guidance to all crew within the locations assigned
Coach outlet supervisor to manage shifts which include daily decisions to make, schedule, plan while upholding standards, product quality, and cleanliness
Conduct the follow-up and ensure crew member follow the SOP
Ensure outlets smooth flow of daily operation
Arrange training completely on time and follow up on the staff progress at the location
Participate in meetings and able to supervise the outlet schedules and operations
Oversee outlets’ compliance with operational standards and company policies
Investigate, report, coach, and take necessary actions towards misconduct issues that come across under their supervision
Manage the deadline to prepare documents, reports, and update records
Supervise the highest levels of customer service. Support employees to enable them to be accountable for delivering good customer service
Execute sales performance data of respective outlets and maximize sales opportunities to ensure sales targets are met
Recorded and report all wastage daily
Perform any other special projects/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management
Requirements:
Must possess a Degree in any related disciplines
Minimum 1 years of Food & beverage experience in managerial level
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Willingness to work overtime and Public Holiday if required
Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills
A valuable team player and able to work independently
Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay
Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Possess own transport and willing to travel
Job Types: Permanent
Salary: RM2,200.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
