- Cripness
- Softness
- Chewiness
- Spread

2. What decreases spread in cookies?
Strong flour or activation of gluten.

3. What causes chewiness in a cookie?
High sugar and liquid content and low fat content, high proportion of eggs, strong flour or gluten developed during mixing.

4. What are the causes of softness in cookies?
High liquid in the mix, low sugar and fat content, honey, molasses, or corn syrup in formula (liquid sugar), under baking, large size or think shape, proper storage.

5. At what internal temperature can cookies be removed from the oven and why?
62C because eggs have fully coagulated and the cookie is safe to eat even if it is not fully baked.

6. What are the three mixing methods for cookies?
- One-stage method.
- Creaming method.
- Sponge method.

• The only difference between normal cookies and soft cookies is a slight modification to the recipe measurements. It only adjust the amount of ingredients such as butter, brown sugar and white sugar. All people have their own opinion, if you like crunchy cookies , so, you can eat it. Don't underestimate other people's opinion. If you like soft cookies and cakey, you can order our soft cookies.

This is our price list for each of the box. Every box have different price and quantity. You can choose which box you want and can choose flavour too. We have 7 flavours which is:
• Biscoff marshmallow
• Double chocolate
• Double chocolate marshmallow
• Red velvet nutella
• Matcha marshmallow
• Oreo nutella
• Biscoff crunchy

You can mixed flavour for one box and you can add on RM1 for hard box. If you don't buy hard box, we still give you a white box 🎉

All price state is exclude postage and charge for COD.
