Do not place order on their website because you wouldn’t receive the item that you have paid for and there’s no way to get your money back.

I have ordered an ice cream cake on their website to be delivered on 25th December, 4pm from MidValley branch. It is for a friend’s surprise birthday party. The surprise is that there wouldn’t be a cake for her birthday party!

I tried calling MidValley branch and contact number provided on the website for a few times and no one answer. I have tried sending email and message on FB with no reply.

I have made full payment on the website but didn’t receive the cake. They are not responding to any contact I have made. I have checked my order and confirmation email for a few times to make sure that i did place the order on their official website and I got the date and time right. I didn’t expect this from Haagen Dazs and seriously felt like this is a scam!
