He is the pioneer master chef for the secret recipe of the Chinese traditional dessert; Creamy Steamed Egg Custard, Black Sesame Paste and Peanut Paste. The secret recipe is handed down through 4 generations and is a healthy dessert for both young and old. Master Ricky Kan, has been interviewed many times by local and foreign F&B magazines and food critics ever since he made a daring statement “If you are not satisfied, we don’t expect you to pay”.
