Malossol Osetra Caviar is uniquely sustainable and fish-friendly. Harvested from mature Siberian sturgeon (Acipenser Baerii) via a
gentle, all-natural milking technique for a 100% guilt-free, no-kill caviar.

Notes of fresh walnuts and a firm pleasing burst that shares the
flavors of the sea. Traditional Malossol method of preparation with a low salt content of 2.8%.
