rebus paru dgn air hingga empuk..dh empuk hiris nipis2 & perasakan dgn garam & kunyit..goreng keperangan (tips cara goreng yg betul supaya rangup boleh rujuk video)

kisar halus bwg putih, bwg besar, lada kering, belacan bakar dgn air

tumbuk sebtg serai masuk kuali & masukkn bahan2 kisar tumis smpai pecah minyak

masukkn gula pasir, gula nisan, air asam jawa, serbuk perasa & garam
