As in all cultures, those born and raised in the society are the best source of knowledge about traditions. As a Mexican native, I inherited my Mexican cuisine from my previous generations...And my passion too! Come to share with us, while conversation, history, questions, and laughter fill the room, along with the colors, aromas and savory scents of Mexico...

We begin our day with a typical Mex

ican breakfast! Mexican Cooking lessons start with a Cultural introduction to the broad Mexican Culinary Map, learning about different regions, flavors, ingredients and traditions from someone who has experienced them throughout her life. Then, experience the complete process of preparing and cooking an authentic Mexican meal in a group setting. Many of the dishes you will learn and help to cook, come from my own family recipes. Cooking class completed, everyone sits down to enjoy the fruits of their labor, along with a “jarrito de agua fresca de Jamaica”. We are a great place to explore authentic traditional Mexican cuisine, getting off the tourist track and adding to your culinary knowledge “the best kept secrets” that you always wondered about Mexican home-made tradtional cuisine. Ya probaron este? Es mejor frío, y con estos calorones de Tulum, se agradece con el alma. Lo compré en Chedraui 😉

Le va muy bien a la Cochinita Pibil o al Mole Poblano, o hasta unas carnitas. Si lo quieres con postres, lo puedes tomar con unos buñuelos o churros, y quesito Oaxaca con ate. No bueno, chulada!!
No te lo recomiendo para ceviches o tacos de pescado 😒.

Have you tried this one yet? It’s even better served cold, and with this Tulum heat, your soul will thank you for it. I found it at Chedraui 😉

It goes beautifully with Cochinita Pibil or Mole Poblano, or even some good carnitas. If you want it with dessert, try it with buñuelos or churros, and some Oaxaca cheese with quince paste. Absolute heaven!!

I definitely wouldn’t recommend it with ceviche or fish tacos 😒
