🫶 Se nos salió de control… porque en algún momento dejamos de sentir que esto era solo un equipo.

Lo que pasa en sala, lo que pasa en cocina, las risas, las prisas, los días buenos y los no tan buenos. Todo eso ha terminado creando una familia que es una extensión de lo que somos y de lo que siempre quisimos que fuera Cádiz.

Y de todas las cosas que hemos construido aquí, esta es, sin duda, una de las que más orgullosos nos hace. 🤍

It got a little out of control… because somewhere along the way, this stopped feeling like just a team.

What happens in the dining room, what happens in the kitchen, the laughs, the rush, the good days and the not-so-good ones. Somehow, it all turned into a family that feels like an extension of who we are and everything we always wanted Cádiz to be.

And of everything we’ve built here, this is without a doubt one of the things we’re most proud of. 🤍

😂 El sueldo está bien y tal… pero las risas durante el servicio tampoco se pagan mal.

Bromas aparte, si hay algo de lo que estamos especialmente orgullosos en Cádiz es del equipo que hemos formado. Porque cuando pasas tantas horas juntos entre cocina, prisas, platos y algún que otro caos, los compañeros terminan convirtiéndose en una segunda familia. 🤍

Y creemos que eso también se nota cuando un plato llega a la mesa.

The paycheck is great and all… but the laughs during service aren’t bad either. 😂

Jokes aside, if there’s one thing we’re especially proud of at Cádiz, it’s the team we’ve built. When you spend so many hours together through busy services, endless plates and a little bit of chaos, coworkers eventually become a second family. 🤍

And we believe you can feel that when the food reaches your table.

🫂 Y así nos volvimos famosos: haciendo lo que mejor sabemos hacer.

Cocinar con intención, recibir a cada persona como si llegara a casa y crear un lugar al que siempre quieras volver.

Porque para nosotros, el verdadero éxito no es que vengas una vez. Es que regreses, preguntes por Arantxa o por Kiko y sientas que Cádiz también es un poquito tuyo.

Cooking with intention, welcoming every person as if they were coming home, and creating a place you always want to return to.

Because to us, real success is not having you visit once. It is having you come back, ask for Arantxa or Kiko, and feel like Cádiz is a little bit yours too.
