An evening to remember at Rústico 🍷✨
Last week, we hosted an intimate wine dinner with , celebrating the return of their Gran Reserva Chardonnay after four years away.

Daniel Milmo joined us and shared why the wine was paused, what made this the right moment for its return, and what sets a Rústico evening apart.

We were also joined by Chef Hugo from , who worked alongside Acre's own Chef David Fajardo and Chef Maycoll Calderón to create a menu designed to perfectly complement each pour.

A perfect way to close out the season — thank you to everyone who made this evening one to remember.
