A few days ago, we received the Michelin Green Star and Bib Gourmand Recognition for the third year in a row.

It’s hard to put into words what this means to us.

Not because of the awards themselves, but because of what they represent: the people behind every harvest, every plate, every table. The work, the care, and the belief in doing things in a way that feels right for us, and for our land.

We’re deeply grateful to everyone who is part of it, and to our guests who continue to sit at our table and share this journey with us.

Meet UATS .

Four musicians from Argentina, one unmistakable sound: groove, jazz-funk, and fusion that moves between tight precision and total improvisation, live.

They’re also the band behind Ca7riel & Paco Amoroso, currently on a world tour together, and yes, that’s the same Ca7riel & Paco Amoroso behind the Tiny Desk session that hit 50 million views and became one of the biggest Argentine music moments in recent memory. UATS handled the arrangements.

Now, they’re headlining our final Songwriter Sessions of the season.
