Hey everyone! 🙌
Big update — after being hacked back on May 14th, I’ve finally regained control of the official Todo Chili page!
It took over 200+ hours of emails, phone calls, and chasing Meta support across time zones, but we got there. Huge thank you to all the supporters and the entire Todo Chili community who reached out, shared the page, or kept the good vibes going while things were locked down. Your support meant the world.
On the business side, the previous location didn’t work out as planned, but I’m already brewing up a fresh new plan for Todo Chili. It was an amazing start to something people truly enjoy after filling their bellies with local tacos and seafood. Exciting things coming. Better spot, same number 1 chili in Puerto Vallarta, and all the flavors you love. I’ll keep you posted as things come together.
I’ll also be ramping up more social media presence starting soon, so stay tuned!
In the meantime, if you’re in Puerto Vallarta, keep an eye out for updates, pop-up markets, and that signature heat.

I just have to share this because it made my week. Yesterday I spotted my logo in the wild here in Puerto Vallarta. Yesterday was on the back of a work truck and a few months ago in the back of someone's helmet.
What really got me was the truck one… I’ve never even printed anything that large myself, so someone took the time to get a custom sticker made and put it on their truck. That’s next-level support!
To everyone out there repping the brand, whether its on your helmet, truck, or anywhere else — thank you from the bottom of my heart for the free advertisement and for believing in what I do. It really means a lot and puts a huge smile on my face every time I see it.

Just a quick update from me, I've made some changes to our hours to help me pour more energy into growing the business and taking better care of myself. Starting now, we'll be open:
Monday to Friday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
(Closed weekends for now – but stay tuned!)
