There are places built with bricks, and there are places built with the soul. Layla’s Restaurante was born 16 years ago with a sacred purpose: to honor the memory of Layla, Isabel's eldest daughter.
Every corner of this small place carries her essence, and that is what drives us to give our best every single day. We don’t pretend to be the most luxurious restaurant in Puerto Vallarta, nor the one with the best view; what has made us unique and allowed us to be here after 16 years is our essence and our passion.
We are not just another business. We are a special place where the connection is real:
⭐ Isabel, our owner and hostess, is the heart of our service. As you can see in the photos, she’s right there in the bar, personally crafting your drinks. She doesn’t just serve; she creates bonds through her charisma and her dedication to every guest.
⭐ Rodrigo connects through fire and flavor. His dishes are crafted with passion with the sole purpose of making every guest feel that it was worth it. You can taste the chef's passion in every single bite.

Hay lugares que se construyen con ladrillos, y hay lugares que se construyen con el alma. Layla’s Restaurante nació hace 16 años con un propósito sagrado: honrar la memoria de Layla, la hija mayor de Isabel.
Cada rincón de este pequeño lugar lleva su esencia, y es lo que nos impulsa a dar lo mejor de nosotros cada día. No pretendemos ser el restaurante más lujoso de Puerto Vallarta, ni el que mejor vista tenga; lo que nos ha hecho únicos y nos ha permitido seguir aquí después de 16 años es nuestra esencia y nuestra pasión.
No somos un negocio más. Somos un lugar especial donde la conexión es real:
⭐ Isabel, nuestra dueña y anfitriona, es el corazón del servicio. Como pueden ver en las fotos, ella está ahí mismo en la barra, preparando personalmente sus bebidas. No solo atiende; ella crea lazos a través de su carisma y su entrega en cada mesa.
⭐ Rodrigo conecta a través del fuego y el sabor. Sus platillos son elaborados con pasión con el único propósito de que quien los pruebe sienta que valió la pena. En cada bocado se puede sentir la pasión del chef.
